Library membership

You may register* to join the Library if you are staff with a hospital ID or are a member of the RCH Alumni.

Some students are eligible to borrow; check with Library staff.

Register at the Library or download the form (1 page).

1. Complete the form. IMPORTANT: Download the form to your computer, complete it, and save it locally. Do not complete in a browser or on a mobile phone, or your input will not save correctly.
2. Read the Conditions of Borrowing and sign at the bottom.
3. Bring to the Library, or send via email or internal mail.

*Registration is required only if you wish to borrow physical materials such as books, DVDs, etc.
